For commercial sites — restaurants, hotels, retail and manufacturing — we install professional Hikvision IP cameras with 4–8 MP resolution and ColorVu / AcuSense. They support smart features: perimeter protection, face recognition, left-object detection and POS integration. EZVIZ (a Hikvision sub-brand) is our go-to for private homes and villas: an easier mobile app, cloud archive via EZVIZ Cloud and a lower entry price. Analog HD-TVI cameras we install only during a refurbishment where the coax cabling cannot be replaced.

A local NVR gives instant access to the archive and doesn’t depend on the internet — perfect where you have a stable server rack. Cloud VSaaS (Hik-Connect, EZVIZ Cloud or our own IP-camera hosting service) is the right choice when the owner or manager wants to view cameras from anywhere, get push alerts and keep a backup archive in case the NVR is stolen. For hotels and chains we often build a hybrid: on-site NVR plus cloud recording for key cameras — cashier, entrance and storage.

A restaurant under 200 m² typically needs 2–3 Ruijie or UniFi access points (main hall, kitchen, office). At 500–1,000 m² we plan 5–8 APs by zone, allowing for concrete walls and mirrors. In hotels — one AP per 3–4 rooms plus lobby, restaurant and pool. We always finalise the count after an RF survey (Ekahau / UniFi Design Center), based on the concurrent-device count — not just square footage.

Seamless WiFi (seamless roaming) is a network where every access point is managed by a single controller (MikroTik CAPsMAN, Ruijie Cloud or UniFi) and broadcasts the same SSID. The guest logs in once at reception, walks around the property, goes to the restaurant or the pool — and the device switches to the nearest AP automatically without dropping a video call or Netflix stream. It’s a must for commercial venues, and we plan a controller into every project from day one.

Yes, we regularly migrate restaurants from Ocha, iiko and R-Keeper to Syrve — we even published an Ocha → Syrve case study on our blog. We transfer the menu, tech cards, modifiers, users and sales history. In parallel we configure the fiscal printer, payment terminal, kitchen KDS screens and reporting. A typical restaurant project runs 1–2 weeks with zero front-of-house downtime.

Loxone is a modular Austrian smart-home system that covers almost every scenario: lighting (dimming, scenes, motion sensors), climate (AC, underfloor heating, ventilation), curtains and blinds, multi-room audio, security and video intercom, power and water monitoring, pool and landscape control. The central Loxone Miniserver runs all of this under one logic — cloud-free and subscription-free.

Yes — it’s our standard stack for private homes in Phuket and Pattaya. Ajax connects to Loxone via dry contacts or a Modbus gateway: the Loxone Miniserver sees the security state, receives alarms and can, for example, turn every light on when a motion sensor triggers at night. Hikvision integrates via ONVIF — you can view cameras on Loxone Touch wall panels or on a Home Assistant server on the same LAN.

We actively work in Krabi, Koh Samui, Hua Hin and Bangkok — with branded vans, certified on-site engineers and a local parts stock in Thailand. Hikvision, Ajax, Loxone, Ruijie, UniFi, MikroTik and AUDAC equipment carries the full manufacturer warranty — 2–3 years depending on the brand. On installation work WLTT provides a 12-month guarantee. Under a service contract: engineer on-site within 24 hours in Phuket and Pattaya, 24/7 remote monitoring of network and CCTV, quarterly scheduled visits.

Yes. WLTT Co., Ltd. has been operating officially in Thailand since 2017. We issue Tax Invoices with 7% VAT, sign contracts in English, and provide a completion act. We accept payments in THB via bank transfer, card and cash. Convenient for chain clients and corporate accounting.
