This Privacy Policy describes how WLTT Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data obtained from users of the website wltt.asia (the "Site").
The Company operates in the Kingdom of Thailand and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA — B.E. 2562).
2. Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
• Contact data: name, email address, phone number — when you submit the contact form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen parameters — automatically when you visit the Site.
• Usage data: pages visited, visit duration, referral source, interaction with Site elements — via analytics tools.

3. Purpose of Data Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
• Handling enquiries and requests submitted through the contact form.
• Contacting users by phone or email.
• Improving Site performance and service quality.

4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the following grounds (under PDPA):
• Consent — for analytics and marketing cookies, and for processing contact form data.
• Legitimate interests — to ensure Site functionality and security.
• Contract performance — when processing service enquiries.
5. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We may share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
• Analytics services: Google Analytics (Google LLC) — for traffic analysis.
• Advertising platforms: Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) — for ad performance measurement.
• Messaging services: enquiry notifications are delivered via Telegram Bot API.
Data may be transferred outside Thailand to countries where the servers of these services are located. We take reasonable measures to ensure adequate data protection during international transfers.
6. Data Retention
Contact data submitted through the feedback form is retained for 2 years from the last interaction or until consent is withdrawn.
Analytics data is processed in accordance with Google Analytics and Meta data retention policies.

• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or destruction, including encryption of data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and access restrictions.

11. LED Configurator Data
A saved project contains its name, technical settings, local identifier and save time. The public version does not read browser saves or open project data from a link. After sign-in, settings are sent to the server over an encrypted connection for encryption/decryption and returned to the browser. This operation does not create a server project archive or send projects to Telegram. Encrypted saves remain until the user deletes them or clears site data. Content images for the 3D preview are not included in saves, links or JSON.
Legacy unencrypted local saves are migrated after successful sign-in. The original entry is removed only after the encrypted copy is successfully stored. Until then, old data remains on the device in its original form, although the public interface does not show it. Use a separate browser profile on shared devices and sign out. Website protection does not restrict the device owner or erase previously received files or legacy links.
Access is shared by code, without individual accounts or separation between code holders. A recipient of a new link or encrypted JSON must also sign in. There is no public directory of user projects.
The specification form is separate: the file, model/series, comment, language and operational metadata are stored in private cloud storage and delivered to the WLTT owner's private Telegram chat for technical review. No automatic specification deletion period is configured. Request deletion, including copies in Telegram accessible to the Company, via the contact form or the address in the contact section. Storage and delivery may involve cross-border processing by the cloud provider and Telegram. Do not submit unnecessary personal or confidential third-party data. Public demos contain no client data.
