About the site

Cape Dara Resort & Spa is a five-star hotel on the northern coast of Pattaya, known for its panoramic bay views and pristine beach. TEZTOUR Thailand includes it in its Russian and European package-tour line-up and actively uses the view in marketing on its own website.

WLTT was asked to install an IP camera looking over Beach Road and the coastline, and deliver its live feed to the tour-operator website — so future guests could check the current weather and mood of the resort before booking.

What we delivered

Site survey and installation point approval with the hotel engineering service.

Installation of a high-definition IP camera with dust- and moisture-proof rating (IP66).

Network channel configuration and streaming to the external TEZTOUR Thailand server.

Remote camera administration and service: preventive maintenance and replacement at end-of-life.

Outcome

The "beach road view" stream from Cape Dara is available to TEZTOUR Thailand clients on the company website.

The live stream became an extra marketing asset and a source of traffic.

The camera has been running 24/7 for more than five years — minimal downtime thanks to regular service.
