About the site
A hotel with a SPA complex and 55 rooms in Phuket. The client wanted every low-voltage system to behave as one infrastructure: fast WiFi in rooms and at the pool, reliable IPTV, phones on the front desk and unobtrusive security.
We designed and installed everything with a single team: one VLAN architecture, one PoE power logic, one SLA for operations.
What we delivered
Structured Cat6/Cat6a cabling to every room, front desk, SPA and public area.
WiFi across 55 rooms with seamless roaming and dedicated VLANs for guests and staff.
Hikvision IP video surveillance for the lobby, parking, service entrances, SPA and perimeter; recording to NVR.
Ajax Systems intrusion alarm: wireless motion and opening sensors with centralized alarm monitoring.
VoIP telephony integrated with the hotel PMS: wake-up calls and call accounting.
IPTV in 55 rooms with a welcome screen and hotel services.
Server room with UPS, grounding and tidy patching.
