A key requirement was separating the guest and staff networks so visitor traffic would not interfere with POS operations and CCTV.

Cat6 copper SCS to all cameras, access points, POS terminals and back-of-house areas.

MikroTik network: routing, VLANs for the staff network and isolated guest WiFi.

Hikvision IP CCTV: dining area, bar, kitchen, storage, entrance; NVR recording.

Ajax Systems burglar alarm: motion detectors, door contacts, app-based control.

APC UPS for POS and network equipment.

Syrve POS: terminals, kitchen and cashier receipt printers.
