About the site
Lotus Arena is an event venue in Phuket. For a run of events in December 2024 — January 2025, organisers needed three systems working as one: cashless wristband payments, video surveillance and WiFi for staff and guests.
We deployed the kit on-site and provided engineering coverage throughout every event.
What we delivered
Cashless Syrve POS with wristbands: fast linking, top-ups and payments at bars and the food court.
Syrve stations at bars, kitchen and top-up kiosks; real-time reports per zone.
WiFi on UniFi: separate networks for staff, POS and guests with isolation.
Hikvision IP CCTV: stage, hall, entrances and cashier zones; recording to NVR.
On-site engineers during events — real-time incident response.
