Hotel & SPA with 55 rooms in Phuket: WiFi, CCTV, VoIP, IPTV and AUDAC sound turnkey

Comprehensive low-voltage installation for a hotel with a SPA complex — unified network, seamless WiFi, hospitality CCTV, VoIP telephony, IPTV in 55 rooms and AUDAC zonal audio.

Since mid-2025 our team has been working on a major project in Phuket — a 55-room hotel with a SPA complex. The design phase ran through July–August 2025, and construction began in December 2025. The expected completion date is August–October 2026.

The hotel is part of the larger LUDUS Sports Complex in Chalong, where we are also delivering the low-voltage infrastructure. More about the LUDUS project on the project page.

It is a standard brief for this class of property, but demanding in execution: all low-voltage systems must be designed and installed as a single piece of infrastructure so that guests get the comfort they expect — fast WiFi in the room and by the pool, working IPTV, a phone that connects to reception, subtle background music in public areas, and security they do not have to think about.

Scope of work

 • Structured Cat6/Cat6a cabling to every room, reception desk, SPA area and public zone.
 • WiFi across 55 rooms with seamless roaming, separate SSIDs for guests and staff, VLAN segmentation.
 • Hikvision IP video surveillance for lobby, parking, service entrances, SPA and perimeter; NVR recording with redundancy.
 • VoIP telephony: extensions in every guest and service room, integration with the hotel PMS for wake-up calls and call accounting.
 • IPTV in 55 rooms with a channel lineup, welcome screen and integration with hotel services.
 • AUDAC zonal audio system for the lobby, SPA area and pool: background music, local volume control, moisture-resistant speakers for outdoor zones.
 • Server room installation, UPS, grounding and patch panel wiring.

Why one contractor matters

When a hotel hands CCTV to one company, WiFi to another, IPTV to a third, and phones to a fourth, commissioning becomes a blame game: cameras flicker on the WiFi vendor's switches, IPTV cannot get a DHCP address, reception phones go silent mid check-in.

We deliver every low-voltage system as a single project: one VLAN architecture, one PoE power plan, one service SLA. The guest does not care which brand went where — they care that it all works.

What matters for the owner

 • Documentation for every system — drawings, IP addressing sheets, passwords, commissioning logs.
 • Remote monitoring of WiFi, CCTV and telephony — we see incidents before guests do.
 • Warranty on installation and hardware, service contract with an on-site engineer in Phuket.
 • Front-desk training on basic diagnostics (reboot an in-room TV, rotate the guest WiFi password, etc.).
«On projects like this we work in parallel with the builders: conduits, cable trays, equipment mounting — everything is coordinated with the construction schedule. The goal is to hand over the low-voltage systems at the same time as the finishing works, with no delays.»

The project is currently under active construction. We will update this article as the work progresses. If you are building or refurbishing a hotel, serviced apartments or rental villas in Phuket, Pattaya, Samui or Bangkok — we will prepare a technical-commercial proposal for all low-voltage systems and take the project under long-term service.
