In March 2025 we worked the next stage of Jonny Brisket restaurant in Bang Tao, Phuket. At that point the venue was in pre-opening: builders, finishers, electricians and joiners were all on site at once, and our team was running the low-voltage work — CCTV, LAN for POS and TV, WiFi.
This is already the third restaurant we are doing for the same client. A year earlier we helped them open Emma; the day before Jonny Brisket started we commissioned Liberty; and now we are prepping the next one. Repeat work with one client is the best quality audit there is — nobody rehires the same contractor three times if the service does not hold up.

What we do before the finish works
- Route CCTV, LAN and WiFi cable trays per the approved design.
- Make mounting openings for cameras and access points in coordination with finishers.
- Align power outlets for the server room, POS racks and cashier stations with the electricians.
- Prepare the infrastructure for Syrve POS: cable to every cashier station, kitchen and bar printers, KDS screens.

What we do after the finish works
Once the restaurant goes to finishes — furniture in, floors cleaned, decorative lighting on — we come back and install the IP cameras, WiFi access points, Syrve POS terminals, order printers and KDS screens. We configure the network, SSIDs, VLANs, CCTV backups, create Syrve users for cashiers and servers, upload the menu and run test tickets.
