In August 2024 we delivered a restaurant automation project for KYMA Beach Bar by Smigo's on Patong Beach, Phuket, powered by the Syrve POS system. The scope included full hardware supply and configuration for the checkout, kitchen and waiter workflow.
POS hardware supply
We supplied POS terminals for the checkout and waiter stations. To enable mobile order-taking, we selected optimal smartphones for waiters to take orders tableside — orders reach the kitchen instantly.
Printers and Syrve configuration
Receipt and kitchen printers were supplied and configured: pre-checks print automatically and the kitchen receives orders with zero delay. The entire system was set up in Syrve — from menu to reporting.
Ongoing technical support
After launch we provided ongoing technical support for the KYMA team: POS troubleshooting, Syrve workflow assistance and rapid response to any technical questions.
