Our Syrve partner status is reconfirmed by the vendor every year: every 12 months Syrve L.t.d. reassesses the team’s engineering qualifications, service quality and compliance with the vendor’s standards, and then reissues the partner certificate for a new period. The image below shows our current Certified Partner certificate, issued on 30 September 2025 and valid until 30 September 2026. The previous 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 certificates are kept in the company archive.

What “Certified Partner” status actually means
Certified Partner is an official Syrve partnership tier, granted after a review of engineering qualifications, service quality and compliance with the vendor’s standards. The status is not a one-off achievement: every year the vendor reassesses the partner and reissues the certificate for a new 12-month period. This means our right to officially sell Syrve licences in Thailand and to deliver professional installation, configuration and service of the system is confirmed every year — not “at some point in the past”.
For a restaurant owner this is a guarantee: your POS system will be configured correctly, integrated with the rest of the venue’s infrastructure (CCTV, Wi-Fi, loyalty programmes, reporting systems), and if something fails you will be helped by a certified engineer — no middlemen, no improvised help from freelance consultants.
Hardware and on-site spare stock
We keep in stock everything needed to launch and sustain a reliable checkout area: single- and dual-screen POS terminals (the second screen facing the guest shows the order, loyalty rewards and digital receipt), thermal receipt and kitchen printers, KDS monitors, barcode and QR scanners, cash drawers, scales with Syrve integration.
Our spare stock is structured so that we can dispatch a replacement terminal or printer within a few hours to any location — from Phuket to Samui. Your restaurant’s operational continuity does not depend on a single supplier’s logistics.
Automation and venue management
Syrve is not just a “cash register” — it is a single platform for full management of a restaurant or a chain. We deploy and configure Syrve both for a small coffee shop with one POS and for multi-venue chains with a distributed menu, consolidated reporting and shared inventory.
- Inventory management: arrivals, write-offs, stock takes, actual vs theoretical cost of goods.
