A few practical notes on Wi-Fi 7
- To get the full benefit you need a Wi-Fi 7 client. 2024–2025 smartphones and laptops — yes, older devices still benefit from the cleaner airtime.
- Without 2.5G/10G switches everything will bottleneck on a 1 GbE port at the AP.
- In Thailand 6 GHz regulation matters — we specify models approved by the local regulator.
- A large venue is a designed Wi-Fi project. Just "scattering 4–5 APs across the ceiling" is not enough.
