Time tracking is one of the biggest headaches for any business in Thailand. Timesheets, tardiness, overtime, sick leave — everything must be calculated accurately and on time, or accounting turns into chaos and employees lose trust in their employer.

At WLTT we have been doing systems integration for over 10 years, and we kept seeing the same problem — businesses rely on Excel spreadsheets, paper logs, or outdated software. So we built WLTT Time & Attendance — our own cloud platform for workforce management and time tracking.

The interface and documentation are available in 4 languages: English, Thai, Russian, and Myanmar.

Platform Modules

Time Tracking

Clock-in and clock-out via multiple methods: Face Recognition, RFID cards, and GPS geolocation. Data flows into the system in real time — no delays, no manual entry.

Shift Management

Flexible scheduling: day, night, and rotating shifts. Support for overnight shifts crossing midnight. Automatic overtime (OT) detection — the system calculates extra hours on its own.

Employee Management

Profiles with photos, documents, branch and position assignments. Bulk import from Excel/CSV — migrate from your old system in minutes.

Payroll

Business owners set rates themselves: monthly, daily, or hourly. Automatic OT calculation with ×1.5 / ×2 / ×3 multipliers. Bank file export for BAY, BBL, KBank, and SCB. PND.1 tax form generation for the Revenue Department.

Leave Management

9 leave types: annual, sick, personal, maternity, military service, sterilization, training, business, and other. Employees submit requests, managers approve — multi-level approval workflow.

Roles & Access

Hierarchy from Employee to Owner with granular access control. Each user sees only what they are supposed to.

Branches

Multi-branch support: assign employees and devices to specific locations. Manage your entire network from a single dashboard.

Reports

Timesheets, discipline reports, OT reports — export to PDF and Excel. Scheduled automatic report delivery via email: set it up once, and the system sends the reports you need every day, week, or month.

API Integration

REST API v1 for integration with external systems: employees, attendance, departments. Connect WLTT Time & Attendance to your ERP, CRM, or accounting software.

Hardware Integration

ZKTeco terminals connect via PUSH SDK with automatic data synchronization. Plug & play — install the terminal, connect to the cloud, everything works.

Web Application

Full web interface for owners, HR, and admins. Responsive design — works perfectly on desktop and mobile browsers. Dark and light themes. Built-in documentation in English, Thai, Russian, and Myanmar.

Mobile App

Native iOS and Android app — publication to App Store and Google Play is in progress. 5 roles: Owner, HR Manager, Branch Admin, Department Head, Employee. Features: GPS clock-in/out, schedule view, leave requests, push notifications.
